Processing Time

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days after we receive your order and payment approval. Orders placed after 3 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will be processed on the next business day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Shipping Timeline
  • Standard Delivery: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Need it faster? We offer 1–2 day delivery for a small additional fee.
  • Next Day Shipping: Orders over $500 qualify for FREE next-day shipping (excludes weekends and holidays).

Please note: Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, carrier service disruptions, or holidays.


Customized Items

For made-to-order jewelry, please allow 3–5 additional business days for processing. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Thursday will begin processing on the following Monday.

Shipping Carriers & Packaging


All orders are shipped with trusted carriers—USPS, FedEx, or UPS—in secure, discreet packaging for your peace of mind. Every shipment is trackable, and tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all U.S. orders
  • Expedited/Next-Day Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional charge, unless your order qualifies for free express shipping.
